Chances are I won't race it....but the old school/retro bug is what keeps me coming back. So.....which of these will be the best just to ride, look at, reflect with? C'mon, half of why we do this is to look at them anyway. I'll buy within a week or so pending the VBMX opinions. Also, anyone in/near Indy know the best place for purchase?

I know its a tough choice huh ? Both bikes look awesome but I have ridden both and if its just to cruise on I go with the OM as its a little more comfortable to ride.

I have both, and if you are looking for a GREAT riding/looking bike, go with the OM. The Floval may LOOK retro, but it is a straight ahead race machine.

Here is another side note on the OM. My wife took it for a spin the other day, and came back with this comment. "That is an awesome riding bike, I love it. Don't EVER sell that one." That's quite a compliment, considering I own about ten bikes, and she rolls her eyes everytime I bring another one home.

I do like the OM alot...was hoping a local shop would have one handy to try on...if not, I'm not afraid to buy sight-unseen I guess. I think it's best to pick up the OM now and see what retro projects surface in '08 too.
