I am finally biting the bullet on getting my 07 Floval. I am very excited. I am getting it complete. I cant wait to ride it!
Here is my concern, are there any modifications or parts that I should ABSOLUTELY get? Im toying with the idea of powder coating/painting the frame... and I am totally open to getting new components so tell me what you guys think?

I've had mine for a few weeks now. The ONLY thing I would change is the pedals. Everything else on the bike seems really nice. The pedals are not.

You'll love this bike. It rides so smooth.

What Chris said....It is a great riding bike right out of the box. Some nice sealed bearing pedals and it is top notch.

so just pedals? odyssey jc's? what do you guys suggest? and where should i begin to look for 'em?

I'd say whatever your preference. I have a set of Diamond Back DX style pedals I may steal from my PK.

Pedals, oddly enough, seem to be a very personal preference. I loved the DX style pedals with the pins and have them on every bike I own from my mountain bike to all my BMX bikes.
