The 2004 is more a bmx bike than the 2007 OM
alano
I just bought an OM Flyer. I think it is a 2005 model or even a 2004. The handlebars were mountain-bike ones with no crossbar. I had to change them because they looked bloody ridiculous. After slapping on a pair of DK bars, they are a lot better. Plus, I think this is the earlier batch. The welding on the fork tube (where it meets the steerer tube) leaves a lot to be desired.

Yup, that's an '04. I raced mine a few times last year. Feels great, and REAL stable on the track.

I switched out the bars on mine, too. I put a set of traditional cruiser bars on it and it made a world of difference. I'll snap some pics and post them soon.

Thanks for the info Capt. Nemo. I agree with you, its real stable. I have some pics of myself racing with it and I will post it up when I find it.

Todd, any chance of getting some forks for this? I am not very confident on the welding of mine. Thanks

RetroDave or whomever-

Anybody able to tell me what the seatpost/seatpost clamp size is on the 2005 (not 2004) FLOVAL?

thanks...
