the shaft on my stem is creaking and the stem bolt seems to come loose on its own...how do i remedy that?
its quite irritating.

the hutch 2-in-1 headset lock would be your best bet.

Grease on the bolts and on the stem shaft sould stop the sound.

Yeah grease the shaft, (easy ladies) the wedge, and where the wedge and shaft meet. Stem bolt is coming loose? What kind of stem is this? Are you torquing said bolt? Say 25 lbs.

My pro neck used to do that Pat. I did the same thing rimspoke2 said and it was all good.
