Hi guys, can anybody describe how to remove aerospeed cranks, I'm struggling a bit. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

ive got the bolts out, how do the wedges come out ? do you just tap the arm off once the bolts are removed ?

They should just fall out once the bolts are removed. Try tapping them and see if that helps. If that fails you may want to carefully pry them out with a screwdriver.
