I need to respray my black Mongoose handlebars (1981/single stem). Does anyone know whether the original finish was gloss, semi-gloss or matte/flat black?

My set here seam to be matte.

I'd use Krylon Semi-Flat black, it's pretty close.

I use satin black also pretty close.
