i recently bought a frame with spanish bb, i have just regular 3 piece cranks, what do i need too make them work in the spanish bb? thanks stylers!!!!

Spanish BB cups.. just reuse your spindle and arms.. no need to buy a new set just a new set of BB Cups.

the Ø19 and Ø22 refer to what spindle diameter your cranks use... most are Ø19. hth.

Also, if you tell us what type of cranks you have, someone here can tell you if you need the 19 or the 22 if you don't have a method of acurately measuring them.
