I bought this moosegoose yesterday on the 'bay only to get pics today that shown Canti's were added. Anyone recognize these kind of mounts? They seem to be welded to a tube that was then attached to the frame?

What an ingenius idea! V brakes for an oldschool bike without damaging the bike!
I'd say by the pic's that someone has just cut a section from a newer bike.
