I need some help / advise on a coaster to freewheel conversion I attemtped on my metal hubbed Tuff II.
In process of trying to fit the ACS converter, the "guts" from the hub fell out and I don't think I've put them back in correctly. Once the wheel is on the bike it won't turn properly at all. Got a feeling I've screwed it up big time.

Any advice or help with this would be most appreciated.
