its pretty common stuff, you can use a standard cable, just shorten it, as for the clip, you can find them @ the lbs, or Dans Comp has the stuff cheap...could even keep an eye out for someone throwing out a walgoose, as a lot of those bikes came w 990 type brakes...I dont think that part is marked Dia Compe but I might be wrong...
