I picked up some old GT fork standers but one of them is missing the spring. Does anyone know how to replace this? It's a thin piece of metal that has a few bends in in.

Also, on the other side, the spring in the other fork stander always pops out when the stander is raised up. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Again, these are original GT '80s era fork standers.
