I have a new Diamondback with an integrated chain tensioner.

It screws from the front to the back towards the rear axle.
What is the setup for these things?

Do I put the chain on then pull the rear tire back
and then screw the tensioner to hold the axle
while I tighten down the axle bolts?

Sorry, it's my first time using these things.

I found an explanation with a pic like the one I have, and it looks to be as simple as I was asking.
