I restored a set of white Peregrine Masters (OK, theyr'e OGKs but same difference) and I think I got them as white as they're going to get. I soaked them in bleach for 3 days and used Wesleys Bleach-White on them and they really whitened up.
But I'm afraid that if I mount white tires on them, they'll look yellow.
So were these things ever really white white or were they more of an off-white or yellowish white?
Any other tips to get them whiter? I may just go with colored tires or switch to some new Tuffs if I have too...but I really like the look of the slanty spokes.
