I am not sure of the year. I have only had the bike described to me over the phone. I am hoping to get some pictures soon.

Mines is the 87 or 88 and it is the normal 7/8" too......or some people refer to that size as 1" - samething. You are putting a 7/8" post in a 1" tube of the frame....
