Anybody ever try it to maybe help out some old tires? I picked some of this stuff out of the .99$ bin at a walgreens by my house and thought, what the heck....if it doesnt help, i only wasted $.99...

So, anybody?
Kerry
Was it originally for cars and for sidewall cracks? If so, I wouldn't feel too comfortable with my family depending on a $.99 bottle of tire goo protecting them on the only thing between the car and ground. On bikes however....

I'm ALL FOR IT!

Do a test & let us know the results.

im totally gonna try it...probably on the set of black gumwall tires i have on my 89 master...I
ll never find another set of those - or on my set of original snakebellies that came on my '84 FST - impossible to replace....

yeah, on the back of the bottle it says "A remarkable polymer that penetrates to protect, beautifully and restore - one treatment lasts for months."

Then it lists a bunch of surfaces to use it on and one of them is tires...so for $.99, I figured "WTF"?

Yeah no doubt! I can't tell you how many comp III's I have that are crusty! Damn shame...I'd love to see it work.

You've heard the saying, "you can't polish a turd". I thought that once tires went sour, that was it. I'd be interested in hearing if it works!
