I would like to re-anodise some MX-1000 calipers in gold - does anyone know if this is possible, and what time / expense I can expect?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

You would have to remove the quick release thing-e-ma-gig and the sticker. It can be done...

Trick Tracy, a member here, used to do anno but I'm not sure if he still does it. I know he left for Iraq awhile back but I think he's returned. He did a killer job on my rims. You just want to make sure EVERYTHING not aluminum is removed. We need a good annodizer as a site sponsor around here....they'd make a killing!

Has anyone tried this before? What were the results like?

I think so too, I would love to see somewhere here start to do some annodizing, they would probably make a lot of money...I need to do some parts in gold and blue. Just need to find a nice shop that can help out.
