How can you tell what Gyro cables you are purchasing. I bought an Upper Cable that I thought would fit my Gyro and it doesn't fit my GT or my Haro, both have the same size Gyros. The part of the cable that screws into the Gyro is to big. Any suggestions on what I can do?
Here is the link to the one I purchased.

I think there are two different sizes of gyro cables.... I think, I know there are two different sizes of gyros. The bigger size is like 1 1/8" and the older is 1" I think it has to do with the size of the fork. The cable you bought might be the newer/bigger one.

The cables come with both size barrel adjusters now. The bigger size are to fit the SST Oryg plates I believe. All of mine use the smaller size too.

Do the barrel adjusters have slots runing lengthwise in them so you can remove 'em? If so, just swap them out for the smaller size. Your local shop should have the smaller ones.

That's weird that the cable pictured has the larger adjusters. It looks like an old school cable with that sticker on it. Does the sticker say Odyssey or does it say "SST" or "Oryg"?
