some dents can either be rolled out or filled in with a softer metal and sanded down.
not all dents can be rolled out and is tech. more difficult than filling.
I had my Sycip mtb fixed by Sycip.
Sir Miles is a great choice, try also independent frame builders...look left

Not likely you will be able to pull or roll a dent from any bicycle tubing. I had a pro machine shop attempt to pull a dent from the mid section of a Sting top tube which is extreamly thin walled, no luck. They filled it with brazing and smoothed it out. If powder coating, don't even consider bondo.

"Bondo" is plastic, and won't stand up to the heat needed to bake the powder. If you are going to powdercoat, get a product from Evercoat called "Metal to Metal" , or check with the Eastwood company, they'll get you the filler you need.

A technique I've used that doesn't work all of the time is an automotive body repair stud welder or washer welder. This tool or machine resistance welds a stud or washer to the frame for use as a pulling device. You must make numerous GENTLE pulls so as not to wind up with a hole in your frame. From my experience I've noticed that many times the dented tube is also slightly bowed on the oposite side of the dented area when checked with a straightedge making a thorough repair impossible. If your concern is only cosmetic I would solder the dents up and heat the frame as little as possible. Lastly, I have seen regular/garden variety Bondo plastic filler under a freshly powdercoated Colnago believe it or not (and NO the washer welder didn't work on that one but a new top tube did).
