If so, will they be safe to ride?

Pauly
I would think it would be easier and cheaper just to buy a new set of pro bars or even used and rechrome since you would have to rechrome those bars once they are repaired.

what is wrong??? the fact they are cut??
I hate how so many bars are cut nowadays...

if thats what it is...the grips would cover it up...

i dont see anything wrong other than that with the bars...so...

Yeah, they can be repaired.
be sure to have a good welder do the job though.
nice bead welds, dont grind the welds down or you will lose the strength of the weld.
If you want to make sure it will hold up to riding tork; you can sleeve the inside of the tubes with a
1 - 2 inch long piece of plate or tube steel.

Can do,
Once you install your grips they will be perfect!!
Cost is around $25+shipping.
