i still think bleaching is the best method....and fine wet and dry...and certainly lots of elbow grease...good luck fella

you mean a diluted bleach/water mix?...thats going to be tricky 'cause of the black graphics..oh well...they are the ones that came with stock Haro Sports: white rims, white suzie/coater brake and white spokes, I think they might be quite rare?
thanx Dave

Don't even waste your time with the bleach method, it doesn't work. Just use some hand cleaner (i.e. fast orange) and some elbow grease. Just stay away from anything printed you don't want to come off.

the bleaching method DOES work for sure ive cleaned up about 3 pairs of real bad white tuffs and used bleach every time ....but use neat bleach and soak them for a couple of days.....when you take em out of the solution there will be a slime on them that just power washes off....not sure what it will do to the decals on the rim though so it look like you will have to go down the route of lot and lots of hand scrubbing...but there is plenty of threads covering this subject, just do a search

wouldn't the de-liming solution for Tuffs also work on Z-rims? That thread is back there somewhere. I've been meaning to try that with a set of white Z-rims I've got, in fact.
