Need advice on which way to loosen the spindle allen bolt. The spindle wont turn so im not sure if Im tigtening or loosening.

The right side or chainwheel side is regular thread. Righty tighty - Lefty loosie. the Left side is reverse thread. Turn it the way you would normally tighten a bolt and it will come off.

He's talking about the allen bolt that holds the X body on, both of those are normal right hand thread. The pedal shafts I believe require a 15mm wrench and the left one is left hand thread and the right one is right hand thread.

Don't force it, I have had a bolt break off in the spindle
