Can colors be matched or are you bascially limited to a few main colors? I know nothing about powdercoating. I'm looking to return my Kastan to its originally color, which is an shade of green. I was assuming I might be limited to paint, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Yes you can have colors custom made. I believe it can be costy though. You will probably have to have a minumum amount done.

a firm i use have a vast range of colours and they can mix
it does tend to fill the bearing holes in a bit so a bit of careful filing and cleaning out is required because they dont usually mask them off

I use a place out of Wallingford, CT. The name is Hot Coating. I don't have their number off hand, but call info. They have tons of colors, are very reasonable with price, and do a great job. I'm rebuilding a 89 Suzuki Lt500r quadzilla, and I had them do the frame first. They did such a good job, I brought them everything else. They also do some stuff for Rowe Machining (who make the wheels for Orange County Choppers) and they powdercoated the wheels for them. Good luck
