Looking for an ELF frame clean no dents
i want to build it from the frame up

i've got an elf 24" ('90/'91 i think) with the reinforced welds near the main tubes. it also has those forks that come out from the crown diagonally instead of horizontal. no dents. just a bad paint job by me (i thought i could knock off the dust and freshen it up and race it a few years back, it didn't take me long to get an updated machine). it does have with it a polished dk inverted stem and some old champion cruiser bars.

I have a 1989 or 1990 Pro XL 20" All Black very cool looking Some minor scratches but no dents and in general the paint still looks very good. I raced it as a B-Pro probably twice before I blew my shoulders up and pretty much ended my pro racing career before it started, But I have toated that thing around with me for the last 15 years. Email me if you are interested in pictures and I will be glad to send them. It is a complete bike right now but I am willing to part it out.
