i have a coaster brake tuff wheel that was converted to freewheel (actually freecoaster). Is it possible to convert it back to regular coaster?
Axlepeg
Sure, you just have to get all the parts that were removed. Internal brake pads, and I don't remember what else...cog, etc.

Wow...can anybody help me with the "guts"? Maybe I'll go down to the LBS and ask...If anybody has some for me, let me know...

Are you looking for a Tuff II hub? I might have one from the Big Dig in Dallas last Saturday. I will have to look in the "mountain" of stuff. If I remember it was all there, but there was some light rust on one of the bearing races.

What would you give for it?

Oh, I just posterd about wanting to know how to make a coasterbrake into a freewheel...

You get rid of the guts, like the brake pads inside? It doesn't get "sloppy" in there?
