Thanks for posting that.. I didn't buy those, but it helped me find some others that I was looking for.
I've been doing searches the past couple days, and it never dawned on me to type in "diamond back", I've been typing it as one word, and finding some, but not the right ones.
I was looking for these, and found them just now:
Question: This is my second sticker set like this, I bought a white one a month or two ago, and used it on a freshly powdered black '84 Pacer 500, I've put all the stickers on except for the small oval chrome one.. where does it go?
I'm thinking on the forward part of the seat tube at the very bottom? (just above the BB) Or does it go on the forward part of the seat tube, but just below the top tube?

Scary:
drop me a mail at: diesel.d@virgin.net
I can't pick up my mail for two weeks but might be able to help a little.
Paul: you wouldn't have had to wait at all and it wouldn't have cost you anything, what happened?

Here is another question regarding DB stickers.
The full set with the chrome/prism backing seems to be missing a fork sticker. if you look at a full set which i have there is the main sticker, headtube, a seatpost sticker and only one fork sticker?
What's the deal there??

It was a stuff up , you need to get 2 sets to complete a frame set. Cant think why they were made like this.
I did see a frame where the last sticker was put on the back of the seat tube...... I think even this is incorrect.

He would have done it like that becuse the printer he used had a maximum size he could print, so I guess he couldn't fit in the extra decal.
Bit cheapskate, should have paid a little more for the next size up..

I have purchased one of those sheets and honestly, they didn't stick well, especially on the fork tubes whose diameter is not large. The stickers are too thick and the glue not strong enough. I don't mean they are not good quality items, but it was my personnal experience. May be the ones i got were to old. Now i even consider not putting any one on my future DB, or another kind of ones, even if they are not era correct.

so these are fakes?
I now have 2 sets in my posession just so i can complete the full restoration on my DB.
Would there be any way to get them to stick better if i have the same problems?

No, not fake. I think there were threads about stickers to stick better. You should make a search on "sticker".
