I was getting a frame ready to sell on ebay, taking the parts off and cleaning it. Just as I am about done I get to were the seat clamp was and notice a small crack from the slot to one of the welds for the seatstays. My question is, should I sell it, and of corse mention it, or toss it in the trash? Finding this was not the highlight of my day. Any ideas?

Throw it away? Never! Put it on Ebay with a nice, clear pic of the crack. As long as it's mentioned, I see no problem with selling it to someone who may be able to fix it. If nothing else, it could be used as a daily rider. BTW, what kind of frame is it?

It is a Hutch. From what I have found out it is a USA made ProRacer. Serial number is on the inside of the left dropout.
