I just got a set CW cranks for a project I'm doing. I need to get them re-chromed, and want to replace the bottom bracket with a sealed one.

Question #1: What is the threads per inch on the spindel, and if I find a Tioga sealed bottom bracket should it work fine?

Question #2: The chain ring disc looks to be pressed on, and is aluminum. Any idea how to get this off so I can get the arms re-chromed?
