Can someone tell me the history behind the Hutch beartrap pedals? I remember them as a kid but I think it was the titron pedals that I remeber not the hutch pedals. I raced from '79 to '81. When did Hutch come out with their own version. Also, 26 incher, I called you and left a voice message on your pager. I need to talk with you.

the 1st release was with un marked bodys
early 80s
2nd marked bodies with options chrmo ,alum,titianum spindels...
3rd hutchins with same options some cage changes but the followed all the way through the history of the company.....

I have two pairs, one without the hutch logo & one with. But I have a question about them. Is there any way to tell if thier titanium or cr-mo spindle?

use the ol' magnet trick. cromo sticks, Ti doesn't.
