What size spokes do I need for 24" wheels? I have a low flange I am putting on the rear and a high flange in the front. I think 234 for the low and 247 for the front, but I'm not sure.

post up what make of rim and hubs you will be using. also how many spokes and what cross (2x, 3x, 4x etc.) you want and i will run the data through my wheelsmith spoke calculator and post the correct length for you tonight.
cheers, dave

titan;
i went to run the data through the wheelsmith spoke calc. and it doesn't show any dimensions for sunshine hubs. i don't want to guess on this, so maybe you could give me some info that would help. if you have a set of calipers, measure the hub flange diameter from center of spoke hole to center of spoke hole. do this for both hubs f&r. also the dimension from center of hub shell to center of flange. i need the left and right measurement of the rear hub to get it all correct. the front is of course identical on both sides. for example, if the rear is 110 mm spacing, divided by 1/2 is 55mm. measure from the outside of the locknut 55mm to find center. put a small mark there with a sharpie or something that will wash off. measure back from this mark to the approximate center of the hub flange. the right side will be a smaller value than the left on the rear hub. the front values are identical. lmk what you find out and i will get back to you asap with the dimensions. i have built several hundred wheels over the years, nothing is more frustrating than spokes being too long or too short. take some time now to ensure that the results are of the highest professional standards and not a dissapointment when the spokes get tightened up. you will be happy that you did.

I need to bring some calipers from my job. I probably will not have the measurements posted until Wednesday night.

Thanks Dave,

p.s. be sure to check the rear hub over the locknut (otl) spacing.
i have a feeling it may be 100mm. measure the same as described previously.
Titan
Front hub. Spoke hole to spoke hole-76mm
Front hub. Flange to flange-87mm

Rear hub. Spoke hole to spoke hole-56mm
Rear hub. Flange to flange-64mm
Rear hub is flip flop so it is equal on each side.
Titan
Rear hub correction. Flange to flange-67mm.
