Two questions please (actually I need answers). What's a pass through bolt with respect to a Bullseye hub? And does Bullseye make chrome flanges or just silver. If both, which looks better by popular opinion. Thanks.

the pass through bullseyes have the oval sticker and a regular 3/8"(i think) bolt going all the way through the center of the hub with a nut on the other end.

Pgringo is right. I spoke with Roger about the through axles and he told me to get a 3/8"-16 X 5" bolt from the hardware store and a 3/8"-16 nut . He told me it is the same thing he would sell me and much easier to get at the local hardware store! If you wanted to have alot more strength you could use grade 8 hardware which is much, much stronger than the regular hardware store crap.
