Out of some curiosity, does anyone remember the SR spintech stem & rotor of the mid'80s ? If I'm not mistaken, the rotor uses only a single cable that runs through the stem for the upper half of it, while the lower half uses a Gyro like 2 into 1 cable. it works on a pulley set up which was plastic.worked ok but giro is the way to go.was and still is the best!!!! MG....
