Got a Kuwahara frame and believe fork, but cant read the numbers on the frame, almost, but not really. Any idea on how I might be able to raise the number up? Any chemicals? Powders?

Try the McGyver deal Old school Rob taught me.The old sheet of paper over the number and a pencil lightly shading over the paper on top of the serial number.
