i know this has been asked before but what the best way to fit sticker`s as i always get bubble`s or sticker`s are not in correct place ie sticky stuff has stuck to frame and unable to move

Get a spray bottle with a little bit od dishsoap in it mixed with water. Spray it on the frame and use a very soft squeegee to move from the inside out. The soapy water will allow You to move the sticker around where You want it. Then when You squeegee the water out all the air bubbles and water leave. Sticker is straight and perfect. The glue on 99% of the stickers is water proof. Ever wonder how You got that huge eagle on the hood of a old firebird? Thats the trick all body shops use to get decal palcement correct. Good luck!
