OK, so when you get a frame back from the Powder Coaters, There is allways gonna be a lot of excess P.C. in areas you do not need it (for example, inside the seat tube and the head tube)
What is the best way to clean this up so that the parts to be fitted will actually fit. I am sure it is gonna be a bit of emmery paper that does the job but I wondered if the is a 'correct' method??

Cheers

I used my dremmel type thing with the little sander thingy on the end it got into the tubes no probs.

I trim it with a sharp exacto knife, standard #11 blade. No dust.

I have used a cylinder hone and and electric drill and it works like a charm!

My powdercoater <------ over there, masks all the holes and the brake mounts. I dont have to clean anything up. Ya get what ya pay for...........

Ya know..I emailed that P.C. over there..<-----
several times about getting some frames done, and I never got a reply. What does he charge for a frame?

Anyways the few times I've used the local guy he masked everything. I didn't even have to tell him.

The price list is right on the page that opens up when you click on the link.......As for the lack of reply, all I can say is it is a two man shop.
