My seatpost is seized in my Neal Wood frame, thus making me very peesed off!
It has a 25.4 seatpost so clamping a stem will not fit...
Also not holes in the BB to use pentrating oil..
ANY IDEAS?

A Bench Vice. Clamp it down super tight on the seatpost with the frame upside down. Just wiggle or turn the frame. Should break loose and come on out.

I am assuming you don't care about the post ?
If not I have removed them by taking a small coping saw type blade and cutting from the inside out, but you have to be careful not to cut past the post and into the seat tube . Use lots of wd40. Also there is a penatrating oil called PB BUSTERS which if sprayed around top of seat tube will penatrate and free it enough to use a pair of channel locks,

Rich...didnt anyone tell you to grease up the post before you put it in the hole. Well anyways...how to remove it. Well your gonna need a pipe wrench and a fence post type pole that is metal and hollowed out and about 5ft tall. break your bike down to basically nothing and lay it flat on the ground. Take your foot and place it on the inside of the chainstay on the ground. Put pipe wrench on post and use the fence post to get torque to break it free. If you need anymore help with this just e-mail me.

This one has been scoffed at before, but it worked for me.
Drill a hole through the post big enough for a phillips screw driver to fit through. Tie the bike, at the bottom bracket, to an immobile object. Tie another rope from the screwdiver to the trailer hitch of a vehicle. Get in the vehicle and pull the post out. I was very surprised at how easily this worked for me. No damage to the bike. I suppose this method is useless if the post doesn't stick out enough for a hole to be drilled in it.
Good luck

Spray it liberally with penetrating oil for a few days as often as you can. I hear PB blaster is the best(I haven't used it yet). If you're having problems with the post crushing in the vise, insert a wood dowl(sp?) into the post.
You might be able to free it by tapping it farther into the frame to break it loose. Don't do this if the post is short or buggered.
I got one out by using a slide hammer and standing on a set of one piece cranks installed on the frame. It worked like a charm. Got a free PK frame that way.

I once removed a stuck post from a moosegoose by clamping the post in a vise, and tying a rope around the bb area, which I then attached to a cumalong (sp - one of those ratcheting cable tie-down things.), which was then hooked to a solid wall. Have a friend slowly tighten the cumalong while you twist the frame back and forth.
If you absolutely can't get your hands on a vise, you can attach a seatclamp to the top of the post, and insert 2 long philips screwdrivers where the seat rails would normally go, and use the leverage to twist it free.

Right now I am using Ammonia in the seat tube; this is supposed to work. If not I will use some PB and pull it out with my truck.
I like that idea.....
Until then, i am riding my "back up bike"!
