Ahhhhh, Rampar! My first bike was a silver and black Rampar! It was heavy as a boat anchor, but I loved it!
AJAM40
That would be great. Mine's hanging on the wall in the garage. I need to dig up the original parts. Currently it has DB bars and stem and black w/ red hub Z wheels from about '82.

A bike shop here has such frame I think,NOS!
It's a looptail frame with the same headtube gussets.
JJR

kilo
yup, thats a raleigh/ rampar! although i've never seen a 24in, very cool. any forks to go with that?

--mike.
JJR
No forks!
Till today there is nobody who has ever seen such 24" Rampar.
I supose it must be a rare frame, isn't it?
BTW Rampar bikes, were they made in the US or in the UK?
pgringo aka P.hilip K.elso
that cruiser looks like it may be from japan, like the r9's appear to be. some of the rampars were made in europe, i believe, because of the wacky one that pat quinn has with the ten-speeder size headset. one of my r11-xl's says made in taiwan on it. i know the nickel rampars were made by bmx products in the good ol' USA. my r10 appears to be taiwan junk.

This is only the second Rampar cruiser I have ever heard of, the first was imported to the UK from Australia and is a chrome racer. Very rare but not valuable. Way cool though
