is there a spacer to covert a 22mm size sprocket to redline double pinchbolt size?

If you ask around, there probably is somebody in the neighborhood who has a small lathe that would make one for you. Just bring all of the pieces along and show him what you are trying to do.

I think that Profile spacer will do it ('cause I'm running a Profile sproket on my 22mm shafted street bike and also run Profiles on my Flite II race bikes)

It's a 22 > 19 mm spacer, if I'm not mistaken
