For me the first was a head concusion, in the hospital for 3 days. Got 30 stitches in left arm because of a cherry picker, don't ask how. And finally a broken wrist doing a backwards bar ride. Any other good freestyle injuries out there.

From freestyle? Bumps, bruises, sprains and a concussion from a backwards whiplash gone wrong. Also knocked myself silly by landing on my head after overshooting the coping on a mini ramp trying to do a grind. Other than that, there's the badly broken leg I got during a trials demo a month back: Front wheel 180 on a 2x10 about 3 feet off the ground resulting in a unexpected loss of balance to an awkward landing on my leg... SNAP! What a silly way to get such a serious injury.

Its not a big injury but its funny, i believe while learning a Miami Hopper i got the handlebar end in the forehead and to this day (im 39) i have the handlebar scare!
Other than that no serious injuries.

racked balls
cut shins
not much else. I wore gloves every time I was on a bike no matter what and did the whole helmet, elbow pads kit and kaboodle learning difficult tricks.

Mainly completely mangled shins for me.
When I was first learning surfers in 86 I fell pretty much straight down on my overturned bike. Somehow my chain fell off the chainwheel and the back of my right leg landed right on the sprocket. I had about six major gouges right in the joint behind my knee. I continued to ride every day all bandaged up but when the sweat got in those suckers it stung like an sob.

decade, stopped mid way and landed on my sack..
shins,no broken bones or anything major.
also, while riding with coaster brake the chain fell off and while i tried to put it on my finger got stuck.
since it was coaster i had to run my finger around the whole sprocket...ouch..

Shins would probably be the worst for everyday riders. But now it seems like it hurts a lots worst that when I was younger. Before I could ride all day with bleeding shins, now when they get hit I want to cry like a little girl.

Makes an awesome story though:
"What's that mark on your forehead?"
"Miami Hopper scar."
Awesome!. I had a piece of skin about a half inch wide, maybe 3-4 inches long and about an eigth inch deep gouged/peeled out of my leg somehow. I forgot exactly what I was doing, but some forward rolling something that went horribly wrong. This sounds pretty disgusting now, but I remember just placing it (the hanging piece of skin) back in there and just throwing some tape over it and kept riding all day. It suprisingly wasn't bleeding that much for what it looked like. That was about the worst for me, I've never broken a bone yet to this day. I did always sprain my ankles all the time trying tricks skateboarding. That used to keep me off my bike too much so I eventually stopped really trying to do tricks on them, I still love riding them around though.
