This past week I ran into a old riding buddy from BITD who I have not seen in about 18 years. Of course there was the usual small talk how you been, hows the family and have you seen any of the old gang. Once I asked him that he said I have to show you something, and asked for my e-mail address. Well today I got his e-mail and O.M.F.G. I couldn't believe my eyes. All these pics are of me from between 85-87. Talked about being STOKED !! Hope y'all enjoy some good old BITD pics.
P.S. Dang I wish I was 190lbs. again

Hey Woody - if your talking about the pink Trick Star with the custom brace below the standing platform - some collector around here actually has that frameset!

Hey Guys, I won't be making it this year. I wanted to get a couple of my bikes finished and bring them with me, but unfortunately some of these old parts are tough to come by. I had a couple of leads, but nothing panned out. Combine that with my show schedule and things are just not lining up for me. Sooner or later I will make it out there for sure. I do know that Brian B and Dave V are coming though. So all is not lost. I hope you all have a great time, which I know you will. I will be passing through that area this summer in July on the way to Ohio though. I will be at the Ohio state fair from August 1st through the 12th.
As for my pink hutch, it's not just that specific frame set, just one of my original pink hutch's would have been nice to have. To think about all the bikes I gave away over the years. Anyhow, you live and learn. Woody.

Wow, The San Antonio pic takes me back.
I wasn't @ the contest but a close family friend developed and managed that mall. I would have never guessed they would host something like that.
Sadly that mall was torn down in 90-91.

Those are great. Thanks for sharing. I've been chipping away at the weight for several months now. I'll be down to 190 by mid-summer.

Thanks for all the coments guys. You know the more I look at that bunny hop pic the more proud I am of it.
NASA, tell me about it I build that trickstar BITD kinda as a Woody Iston version, and now to get a compliment on it from the man himself. How awesome is that.
As for you Axlepeg on the almost getting to 190lbs., rock on ...but at the same time YOU SUCK !!! .... HA HA HA .. j/k

If you didnt clear your buddies bike doing that bunnyhop he'd probably would have gotten a face full of bars from his own bike!!
