This is one of the bikes I always wanted as a kid and I always knew the color scheme I would use, too! This one is also gonna be my old-school rider...

Just got her back from the chromer and thought I'd take a few pics before I box her up and ship her off to Chip for some fresh powder...

djbdb
How 'bout deeeeez bad boyz?!?!?!? Just got the axles in...

donvader
My favorite pedals ever!!!! NICE!!!!!
djbdb
WOW...this one is turning into quite the "project"! I had to sand all the powder out of the bearing chases in the pedals, then I had to dremel and sand the Techmatic b.b. cups (they are kinda beat up), install the headset cups and b.b. cups (forgot the bottom gyro piece - as always - so had to do it twice...lol), then the genuis' at the plater chromed the posts for the 990's so I had to dremel them down until the brakes fit! Geeeeezzzz...then I FINALLY got to install the stickers - YAY! Thats where she sits now. I'm gonna grab some dinner and check out Sportscenter...then back to work!!!

LOL!!! Yep, done that one before. It's all worth it though because that is looking VERY cool!!! It's going to look awesome with all those white and blue parts on there.
RIDE A BIKE
Man that Frame LOOKS Bichen! I did that with the gyro to Can't wait to see that bike
caezar
djbdb,
do you still need the tioga chainwheel? I have an NOS one in blue. LMK.

Jer
caezar
djbdb, Your mail box is full. But, is this the cd you are looking for?

It is NOS but has a scratch on the back as you can see in the picture. If this is what you are looking for, 25 shipped in the us.
Jer
djbdb
Thanks bro, but thats not it. The one i want is all CD on the front...not that blue ring in the middle. And it just says Tioga on the front...

Thanks, though...
djbdb
...and now I can't find my chainwheel adapter for my Flights so I can use a regular chainwheel!!!

Anyone know where to get one??? I NEED this bike for Rockford!!!

Bob

I just picked one of those up at my local bike shop for mine. It was a little wider than my chainwheel and they even ground it down for me so it would be flush with it. I'd bring your spindle and the chainwheel to a shop and show them what you need, they should be able to get you something.
djbdb
actually...just remembered i had it on my cruiser...now I have wasted over 2 hours trying to get the 990's to work...i hate these things...

I have the cranks mounted, the seat and post and the bars and stem...alomst there....
RL-20II Guy
I don't think that sprocket goes with that box. That is a sprocket that is still in production today. They come in other colors too and they are no-names, not Tioga.

Stephen

I can bring you one. You need a 19mm bore, for 401's.

Stephen
djbdb
Thanks Stephen but I found it...
