My goodness...well, do what the docs tell ya. My mom got a new knee a few years back, and no probs at all. She needed it too; it was getting hard for her to do anything anymore. Much better now.

i used some of my hamstring for the reconstruction.
i will do the pt cause i need to ride my bike....lol
today it's really sore but,it should be fine in a few days....

good luck bob!!!! i had my acl replaced years ago and they used part of my patela......I don,t know if thats what you had done but, years later i,m, felling as good as new.....riding your haro will help i,m sure..........if you have any riders.......you better build one!!
