How about this ? I know you remember this guy.

What parts do you need to know about Bri ?

F&F-GT Pro Perfomer

Stem, HS, Bars, & grips- GT block, GT Epoch, GT Pro Performer, and A'me Rounds

Brakes, levers, pads- Dia-compe MX1000's, Tech 4 levers, and Diacompe white and chrome pads

Cranks, sprocket, chain, and pedals- Cosmo Lite (Tubular one piece crank) GT one piece chain wheel, GT Izumi chain, and SR pedals (forget the #'s on the pedals but I'll get it for you in a few

Wheels, Tires, & Freewheel- GT Performer mags, Shinko GT Tires, and a Suntour 16t freewheel

Seat, Post, Clamp- GT BMX seat, GT Laid Back, and a GT (sr) clamp with the lines that run top to bottom

I think that just about wraps it up but lmk if there is anything I left out

Pauly
Brian,
I have a test for an 86 Dyno Compe 2 at home. If I'm not mistaken, the PP and Compe 2 had the exact same components.
PP bars, A'me rounds, DC 900's, GT layback, 86 Viscount Dyna GT logo seat, The rare GT wings seatpost clamp, GT power disc, block stem, first gen OGK GT mags, GT Shinko tires, GT framestands, 2nd or 3rd gen forkstanders, SR cranks and pedals. I can get you a scan if nobody else steps up.
Pauly
Britt, are you sure those are mx1000 brakes and not 900s? I'm almost positive the Compe 2 in the test I have has 900s. 900s are basically the same with a bit shorter reach than the 1000s. I thought the pp came with a gt power disc?
Pauly

Maybe it's the World Tour that had the power disc...

Brian P
i know my 85 has 900's. id think they were on the 86 also.

does anyone know if the bars and seatpost matched the f/f on completes, or were they all sold with white bars and post as the pic britt posted. even more of an "or" were the bars white and the seatpost color matched on some?

alot of questions, but im doing some research here
Smokin Endo
The pedals are SP 519

and you guys are right about the brakes...900's

As far as the colored components go I'm not sure but I think they pretty much did it all. I have seen many variations in the color combo and lay out on these bikes, even back when I was a kid these were EVERYWHERE out here

Brian,

I remember my brother got an '86 for X-Mas, it was blue and I believe it did have the white bars with white post. Not 100% but I'm about 99% on that.

Not sure if this helps or not since it's just a Perfomer, but it was mostly original. It came with OGK mags, which I used for my son't GT build.

I thought the PP came with a power disc combo too.

That pic Britt posted looks like my 85 Survivor Performer...
