OKAY all you freestyle Bob's.. I need your advise on how to assemble this rotor?.. I've tried afew times but couldn't get it to work??... HELPPPP!!!





Please any diagrams or info would be a big help.

What are you confused by mate?

The bottom cable goes to your rear brake, top cable comes in through the stem and through that hole with the nut to fasten it down.

Then your rotor must be locked up somehow, does it spin without the cables attached?

Luis! do you have the rotor top head set bearing cup?

When I install rotors I always spray a bit of WD-40 on it and make sure it spins freely and moves as it should before installation. I also fit and adjust the lower cable before fitting the top cable.
I hope it all works out well for you.

Oh.. I see.. Im missing the top head set bearing cup!!... Bloody hell.. now I have evil bay for one..

Man, I went there, but the cupboard was bare.....sorry mate ........I shall keep looking, they can be hard to find...

I had one but I already gave it away to the last person that needed one. They come up on ebay from time to time. Keep an eye open.
