Whats the difference? I need a canti-lever for a bike I'm building but I need it in blue and all I'm finding are 990's. But to me the mounts look the same. Never dealt with canti-levers before.

Canti mounts are below the pads, 990s are above. Different pivot points, so no interchange-abilty.
