My favorite trick as become the Hang 5. I can do it as long as I have mommentum to push me forward. I have been working had on trying to leran how to link them to other things. Like Steamrollers or Fwd Karls. NOt far behind is the Oj Roll. Some people call it a boomarang but I put my foot on the peg as I swing around. Between those to tricks I am a Happy Flatlander...
What about you??

Two of my favorite tricks all time would have to be Miami Hoppers and Cherry Pickers. The first time I saw a cherry picker, it was in the credits of Rad. It blew me away. Heck, the infinity rolls in that blew me away too.
I think boomerang type tricks are pretty cool too.

Of all time, would have to be Perry's doom. I pulled it once, in front of Perry.
I've never tried it again (you guys remember the story I'm sure).
My second favorite trick is a cliffhanger. I've had some really bad falls on that one, but Wow, when you pull it clean it just feels so good, especially when you carve it in a circle.

Never had the balls for a Perry Doom but Grip rides are my favorite since they are easy to do and blow people away.
Yes, just like a hang five once you learn it...it is easy. Just takes time to find the balance point.
Wheelies, all variations...can do anytime, fun, and entertaining

-Probably the half-lash to back yard link. I do it all the time. But if we're talking a single trick favorite rather than a link, then I'd say the dump truck is my fav.

Mine will be the hang 5, once i can coast them. I love decades. I have yet to attempt one on this tour of duty, it was a staple BITD. I'm chicken.
I like this guy's combo:

I recently fiigured out how to Roll a Hang 5 and hit my breaks and go into Tailwhiip hops!! Its really hard to hop with high preassure tires so I only get one rotation...but Its still pretty cool to stop my hang 5. I just learned how to do that this Sunday.
My wife says Bar Endos are my Signature Trick!!!

On flatland it was rubber rides and grip rides, on the quarter pipe it was inverts and bio airs, and on the kick turn ramp it was tailwhips and Wiltons. I'm 38 and can still do them all except the Rubber ride.

My favorite trick for myself had to be forward roperoni type combos, that and any link that ended in a hyper spinning locomotive. I loved those tricks. I can still sketch them out sometimes, but it is not pretty.
As for tricks that others did, there were so many. One of my all time favorite guys to ride with was Perry Mervar. He taught me so much. I loved watching him do the Perry Doom and triple decades. Those tricks absolutely rocked.
There were too many cool tricks and riders back in the day to narrow it down.

Mine is the front yards and funky chickens. Those came really easy for me and I still do them today. Once the rolling tricks (whiplashes & hang 5's) came onto the scene I stuck with ramps. Those just kicked my rear. Still wish I could pull a Hang-5 though.

If you wanna learn hang 5's they are pretty easy. The trick is to learn how to counterbalance with your leg, while holding the rest of your body still.
Build yourself a fork bike, (also called a un bike, or unibike). It is the front of a bike without the frame.
These are a easy way to learn rolling tricks. Once you can roll around on one of these without touching, adding the rest of the bike is a cinch.
When I was teaching flatland at Woodward I took mine, I taught tons of kids how to hang 5 in a week.
Three days on that thing, and they were usually ready to try it on the bike.

G-string and multiple boomerangs still make me smile.
