Hey Lou, I've been mopeing around the house all day cuz I couldn't make it. I've been poking in here off and on all day looking for pics.

My wife walked by and asked what I was doing?
I said looking for pics. She then says " what for, the guys are probably all passed out, sleeping under his deck."

Naw, couldn't be...... could it?
SantaAnaMassachusetts
Lots of bikes today to say the least.

Got back about 50 minutes ago and it was a good time for sure.

BIG thanks to Brian and Mrs. P for hosting the event. Guav for taking the pix, Bedlam for organizing the contest- even if I didn't win anything. To the dudes who sold me things at good prices and to the other dudes who bought my junk. The guy who fixed the keg- that was key.

Jon (forgot the screen name, sorry, but he's the dude who busted a wicked air BITD "did he land it?- does it matter?") who spent too much of his time away from his own shop fixing and dialing in my 990's.

Guav shot tons of pix and I'm sure he'll post them when he has some time.

Brian has the craziest charcoal grill I've ever seen...flames should not shoot 3 feet out of a charcoal grill should they?

BUT, the best part of the night for me was the film screening of the rarest of rare BMX films featuring Panchito and his (eventually) Motomag equipped POS...great to see that losing a race can still make you a winner-LOL.

Thanks again to everyone involved.

Wow, it was awesome meeting so many of you yesterday and talking about stuff other than bikes too.

Thank you Brian for hosting this event and so graciously opening your home to so many of us.

Thanks to Brian P and family for having us !! It was off the hook !!

What an amazing time! There were so many cool people to hang out and BS with. Tons of sick bikes to gawk at and drool over from Sean Radmeon's Haro row, '85 Trickstar's blingin' NOS chrome Trick Star to James' unequalled best of show XL24 and everything in beween. The RL-20II's made a strong showing with 3 1st place winners--Smokin's incredible NOS black '87, Stephen's actual RL Osbourne Hazzard Yellow RAD bike and my red rider.
Thanks to all the people to traveled to NJ to make the brawl even better than expected. Also to Jeff for smooth organizing of the show and especially the Pliva family for creating this event
BOB-O
congrats to all the winners...looked like a huge event....

MAN!!! What a weekend!!!!

Just got back about an hour ago. Got all my bikes unloaded. Now, it's time for shower / food / sleep!!

First off - Major props to the Pleva family for opening the home to all of us crazy freestyle nuts. There was a HUGE amount of people there.

Secondly - Another round of props to Jeff for running the contest. That was by far, one of the most organized contests I've seen in years. Way cool efforts on your part, brother!

Thirdly - Can't forget to give out the props to all the people who came... no matter how far the distance! There was more bikes and more people than I've seen in one place since BITD!

Thanks for the compliment, Mike! It was great hangin' with you again (as always!). Another thanks for helping me get one step closer to my goal with Haro's.... you know what time it is!

Hats off to all that participated in the contest. There was some serious bikes in every class. Talk about making some hard choices!

Well, my eyes are burning from lack of sleep. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Laters fellas!

Sean

I almost forgot, my favorite quite of the weekend. I can't remember the guy's name but he was riding the wedge ramp with us when he said " I'm drunk and on a wacky bike!".

Hey Guys,

Great BBQ. I shot the whole day and planned on editing a segment for here & possibly on the FUEL channel BUT my main tape fell out of my bag at the end of the night when we were packing up the van and I'm SURE it's somewhere on the side of the road right in front of Brian's major bummer. let me know if anyone found it -it's a mini DV tape that says "OLDS COOL".
There was some great stuff on there too.

The whole way home...well, in between Loopy going on and on about his GHP winner, we were trying to figure out where to have one near us in CT.

Nothing comes to mind yet...as my wife would be less cool than Mrs. P with more than a hundred people hanging around the house-LOL.
loopy

I had a really good time as well.

A big thanks to those who let me know how much they appreciated the comp. It was a mofo to do, but I'm glad some people enjoyed it.

I left the party at around 11:30 PM and the 180 mile drive home was pretty tough. I had a REALLY tough time staying awake. It was insane. I called a friend in CA and we spoke for around an hour which helped keep me awake....barely.

It was a blast riding in the mostly DARK lot with a few of us 'hardcore' riders while the rest of the 'posers' watched a movie about a poor Mexican kid. Just kidding guys!

For the record - I rode into my first cherry bomb (backwards pedal picker) in over 20 years that night but I couldn't complete the trick. I'm proud to announce I pulled one off yesterday in the daylight!
Smokin Endo
Good **** ! I'll have to make a trip up to NY to ride for a bit with you James, Rob, Guav, Marco, and whoever else wants to ride the city
