I picked this up this weekend. I know its a Schwinn, but I'm diggin it. Heck I had a tiny old Dept. Murray to ride before this so it's a mega step up. Like the Orange. Looks to be stock except the grips and I don't know if these came stock with Araya's, but thats what it's riding on.

Cool, those Araya 48's are a good score for sure.

Schwinns don't get any love but I have an 87 Pro and I think it's cool.

Are those wheels YO! 48's? (Araya rims with YO! hubs)

Those look like the stock araya 36 spoke rims to me. That's an 85 or early 86 Z which predates the YO! product line. Nice, I love the orange.

They are not 48's, Like RL said They are 36's with white spokes and hubs. I don't see any discriminating marks to tell what the hubs are. I really like the Orange, could use a new seatpost it's alittle bent. Thanks y'all finally a little score! It's a liitle creakey around the neck, besides that it rides smooth. Need to dial in the front brakes I haven't even done an endo yet!!

A kid down the street BITD had a white one, they weren't bad at all! Came with a Rotor, had the stuff to get ya started. Those bars were added too---the origs had a flattened crossbar, but I like the ones on your bike better. Tweak it to suit your taste, then ride the snot out of it!

Oh, and swap out those pedals before you ride it in the rain, or at all for that matter. Trust me. But hold on to them, 'cause they're the originals.

On the bars, they're alittle weird. I tried to pull em back alittle, but they have a "kink" in them where thet sit in the neck so that you cannot adjust them??? Nice ODI sticker though. Yeh I gotta switch pedals.

Hey sweet not too long ago I picked this up

haven't had alot of time to check it out or make any adjustments . I will say this it is pretty light and rolls fairly smooth for the amount of rust its accumalated on the chain

Those Free Forms are a great riding bike. Lots of leg room too.
