Who remembers the crazy chain, chainring bolts, seat poles, bars. Was there a crazy spider in the tioga range.
I'm looking for a chain if anyone has 1 for sale.
Any pics of parts on or off a bike would be kewl.

Thanks for posting pic 2fresh.
Anyone have one of these chains that want to sell?
Bedlam Bikes
They pop up on the bay pretty frequently.

I just got a crazy pole on the bay so that got me thinking of the other crazy parts.
I know they had chainring bolts and handle bars.
Anyone with pics of thier bikes with crazy parts would like to see them.

ok...... while this topic is up, does anyone have the article from either bmx plus or freestyler? where they built a "crazy" bike, similar to the all white "euro" bike?????

please

Ya I think I have that article somewhere.

I have it... It actually wasn't THAT crazy. I think it was a blue 86 or 87 Dyno Compe. It had turquise peregrine mags I think... they could have made it more 'crazy' than they did... ie. mistmatched grips/tires.. etc.

Ginny has some.
FreeEnterprise
my bikes were always crazy...

Whatever part I could get for free.

A couple years ago I posted a pic of what I had at the time. A Tioga Crazy chain, lay back, straight, and snake post, power connection, and chainring bolts.

I got a set of chainring bolts from Eddie Fiola BITD at a show they did in NO, LA. I've carried it with me all these years and finally have a chance to use them, now I can't find them. That's what I get for moving I guess.
pjbaz
I have a crazy drainpipe style post.

if you want a true crazy chain (tioga/izumi) wait for e-bay, if not ginny's chains work and look just like the real deal

That stuff was love/hate for me, BITD it looked cool on an already slapped together ride to make it look more....slapped together. The one bike I built from the ground up BITD was my Trick Star, it looked real nice when I first built it---matching lavender parts, etc. As I rode and replaced worn-out stuff or changed to stuff that worked better, it started getting more and more punk. But I wouldn't build it like that now, it seems to me it would be kinda poser...but my new school ride's starting to get that way as I "fine tune" it to suit my riding, as it progresses ever so slowly (haven't been out much---hot!!!) and of course the ever-growing sticker collection. OK, babbling again, I'll shut up now...

I got mine from Ginny (pic on pg 1), says Izumi on each link. The box was rotten though.

Thanks to all that told me about Ginny's. I just placed a order for a chain.
I hear what your saying agenthienz. I had the chain in the day. I wasn't sure about buying the crazy post I just won on the bay. I'm in process of rebuilding my fluro pink 88 GT PFT no doubt will end up with few parts that I don't use.
So has anyone used any of these parts in one of thier builds and how they look?
donvader
Here ya go.
