Last weekend I took my kid up to PointX Camp for a weeklong camp. Yeah, he's big into skateboards but I can't fault him for that. The owners were super cool and they let me hit the street course. I haven't ridden ramps in over 10 years so I decided to have a little fun. I actually pulled a 360 flyout on my second attempt. The old man still has it. Here are some pics of me goofing off on my Dyno (1985 I think). Never did pull that tailwhip air but you can get a good look at the whole street course and the halfpipe behind me. That thing is HUGE!!! I want to say it's atleast 12' and I could only get about 3/4 of the way up. Anyways, for those of you in the SoCal area, this place is off of HWY 79S outside of Temecula (north of San Diego). They do offer camp sessions for parents who want to ride with their kids and my two sons and I are going to attend next summer. Unfortunately they close it during the fall/winter which is a shame b/c I'd be there every weekend. They have a foam pit and I swear I'm going to try a backflip.

Hopefully one day we can get together and go for a ride together like the old days. As usual you can still out do me. LOL

its great to see people our age that get out and ride. I think I would rather have a old beat up rider than a mint/NOS Dream Bike. I've been cleaning on my/Kips old Sport frame this weekend and when I get it together I'm takeing it to the skatepark and watch al of the keds give me funny looks. Later dude. Take care and call back soon when you can.

Yeah, I was a little worried the Dyno wasn't going to hold up. She wasn't the prettiest girl at the dance but she turned a few heads.

How hot was it?

About 105. Let's just say that my bmx stamina isn't quite what it use to be. I was sucking some serious wind after about 30 min.
