i dont know of any other younger kid on here all i know is this kid came to the southern faction 4th july BBQ and his mother came with him to all of us other older guys were pretty blown away with the knowledge this kid has....i know we all make mistakes......i think he needs another shot.....any one else....i know i have made mistakes in my past....Rob
Yeah I agree with Rob, cause that dude didn't see that coming. I think he will have learned his lesson, that access to this site is not a right but a privilege. Remember we were all his age at one point!!!

tony is a good kid he posted on the "next retro haro" thread and he used the S word and the web master didnt like it and booted him...i think he should have used better judgment but then again he is only 15 i know he has learned his lesson he knows it because he and i talked about it....i hope he gets back on he's a good kid Lou you met Tony at my House at the BBQ anyways...good luck tony if your reading this.....Rob

I saw him post the S word yesterday, I wondered how it even got thru as usually any "bad words" come w/ the *** thingees...
He seems like a good kid, and he does know his um old skool and we need these yungins to pass the torch too...
I vote for letting him back in, and if he messes up again, we send him to bed w/o dinner, and ground him for 2 weeks...and that means no allowance, and no BMX !! LOL

I think it was B.S. to just outright boot him, he should of at least gotten a warning first, like I did when I wrote f dash dash K bush in the debate section a couple years back. I self censored but was told it was obvious what I was getting at and got a warning. shouldn't he have been given a warning first too?

I agree with getting a warning but maybe he had one before? I say the s word a million times here but in a different way. Sheot and sheet. I`m originally from NY so I know when and how to carry on the language. lol. I didn`t see his post that got him in trouble so I`m just guessing of what he said. He needs to learn that other s word........."SORRY". Even though there is no modarators the big boys are watching us and by Tony getting booted shows that they are watching closely too. Maybe they knew his age and know somebody for that age shouldn`t talk like that in public. Like I said, say the other s word and it might help, Tony.
i dont think it was for the use of the "s" word, i think it was for somehow bypassing the censorship feature and actually spelling the word out. and then when warned, not going back and editing it instead writing this

not banning on the first offense yes this is a family board and i do understand that we adults here are not all perfect.

I think his great personality, intelligence, and the fact that he really brings something to the v. freestyle section should be taken into account.
he beat the system, and I think thats what ticked everyone off, and got him booted...he apparently went out of his way to get around the features on this sight that prevent you from posting "bad words"...

Well I think Spicoli hit the nail on the head. "He beat the system". I say let the kid stay for cryin out loud.
If you really think about would there be a DEW TOUR or X GAMES if Mat, Dennis, Dave(Voelker), Dave(Mirra) and all of the countless others hadn't beaten the system. Slap him on the little wrist and let it be. This sport needs kids like that who look back to the past to see were the sport needs to go next.
